How do I get my Event Code?
You will need to contact the photographer directly for the event code. The contact information can be found by clicking on the white Contact Us link in the upper right hand corner.
If you have your event code and it isn't working, you will also need to contact the photographer directly. It is possible the photographer hasn't had time to upload the images yet, or the event code may be slightly wrong.

Uploading Images
When I order prints online, how long will it take to complete the order?
When your order is received by New Life Photography, which generally occurs shortly after the order is placed, an e-mail message will be sent to you. This e-mail will read "Thanks for your order" and it includes all of the order information. You will receive another email when the order has been processed. In most cases, your order will be completed within one business day.

Order Process
Will the photos that I order online be as good quality as ordering the traditional way?
Yes. The images you see online are high-resolution files that can produce as good quality images as anything from traditional film cameras or ordering via a proof book. At times, the images on screen may look grainy, but the final product will look great.
